We were so impressed with our technician, Charles, from Fort Knox Security Services. He was very professional and had everything on hand to get the alarm system up and running. He was also patient, checked and double-checked, then walked me through the steps to make certain I understood the basics. He also left a user manual, signs for the yard and stickers for the windows. Five well-deserved stars.
