Technician was polite, respectful knowledgeable & fast! We have had Smith Thompson monitor our alarm for many years & we have always had excellent service! They are quick to call when an alarm goes off. We had had monitoring with other companies & they don’t come close to the service we get from Smith Thompson AND their rates are CRAZY LOW!!

ST replaced our old security system with better quality cameras and monitoring for half what we were paying monthly before. Installation by Tony was top notch, and he was courteous, efficient and friendly. Very pleasant experience and so glad to get rid of the old system from the big name company.
