Every time I call for assistance and get a prompt recall from Dustin has been with complete joy and satisfaction. Dustin always shown stellar customer support care and patience. As a Disabled Navy Veteran who served well over 20 years, I am pleased to see someone who really loves his job and does it head and shoulders above any other customer service person that I’ve dealt with.
So far so good. True Protection was referred to us by our inspector. George was our sales person. He was patient by keeping in touch until we were ready to order our service. Colson was thorough and polite. Colson reached out via text to communicate our appointments since we didn’t live there at the time. Chris spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me understand the app. Brinks is the monitoring service and they had great follow-up as well
David with True Protection did an excellent job updating my existing security system, even under challenging circumstances that required much more time than a normal installation would have required. David was professional and helpful at all times, and patient when complications arose. I highly recommend True Protection and David. They are dependable and capable, and will remain my security systems company of choice! Thank you David!
